According to research and private storage companies, there is potential that adult stem cells found in the pulp of certain teeth could be used to help treat various conditions -- once the science catches up, that is.

"It's a wonderful new technology that's just come along," said Phillipsburg dentist Hitesh Rathod, who recently began working with New York City-based StemSave, a company that provides storage for the stem cells in teeth.
